Cutthroat Competition

The high adrenaline chef-off is back. Each round will feature a theme such as mac and cheese which four competing chefs must create their best mac and cheese dish. Competitors will have 90 seconds to shop in the pantry. Each competitor will have $1000 Chef Dollars at the beginning of the round. Contestants will then bid on the sabotages before they cook and mid round. There will be a time limit of 30 minutes for the competition. The chefs must cook their dishes and complete two platings (one for the judges plus one “beauty plate”) before time runs out. At the end of each day’s competition the judges will critique the dishes based on presentation, taste and likeness to the theme dish. The judges will then decide which chefs are eliminated from the competition. The winner of each qualifying round will get $100. Thus by the end of the second day of competition there will only be 2 competitors remaining. On the third day of competition the 2 winners of round 1 and 2 along with a runner up and new contestant will compete for the championship. Judges will consider presentation, taste and likeness to the theme. The championship winner will receive $500.
